The slight spiciness of ginger beer and cranberry brandy produce a very rewarding drink on a hot summer afternoon. I’ve been soaking some dried cranberries in brandy. The result is much nicer than buying flavoured brandy.
To make this cocktail, stir all these ingredients in a tall glass:
- 15ml cranberry brandy
- 15ml gin
- 15ml lemon juice
- 180ml ginger beer
